It is that time of the year again. Don’t miss out on the amazing 2015 La Capra Goat Run on the 10th of October, and this year they’re moving it to their neighbouring farm, Spice Route Destination. The La Capra Goat Run caters for all, young and old! Offering four trail running routes; a 5km, 8km, 15km and 28km all of which are beautiful scenic paths running through the vineyards and slopes of the Paarl Mountain, offering breathtaking views of the Paarl Winelands. Regular ‘Goat’ runners can look forward to new routes this year.
The 28km La Capra Extreme Run is only open to 100 entries, whereas all other routes are open to 750 participants. All participants will receive a goodie bag that includes a La Capra t-shirt, Fairview cheese, Fairview wine, a Fairview wine tasting voucher and discount vouchers valid on the day.
Proceeds from this years’ event will go to the following beneficiaries: Drakenstein Palliative Hospice, Boland School for Autism, Sunfield Home, The Sunflower Fund and the Paarl Mountain Nature Reserve.

Please note: There are Road Works on the Suid-Agter Paarl Road, a Stop and Go system is in place, and there is an expected delay of 10-15 minutes. There will be a free shuttle service driving between Spice Route and Fairview.
