Amandalia Farm in Robertson is bringing us the Saggy Stone Beer Music Festival come 11 February (this Saturday) – with beer, live bands from all over our beloved country and more beer (do you need any more convincing). The microbrewery at is going to be transformed into a beer themed haven and there promises to be music from the likes of Matthew Mole, Majozi, Al Bairre (heavy breathing), The Kiffness, Jono Simons and much more. The festival opens at 10AM and goes on all day, giving you the best opportunity to taste all of the beer. What is the catch you might ask? Did you even read the first sentence – it’s in Robertson. A bit far for an afternoon jol. Never fear, the organisers have taken this into account and there will be a place to pitch a tent and spend the night/ sleep off your beer and snack-coma.
