Domestic Animal Rescue Group (DARG) 21st Gala Birthday Dinner

Domestic Animal Rescue Group (DARG), will be hosting their very first gala dinner, taking place on Wednesday, 1 April 2020 at Vineyard Hotel in Newlands.

Hosted by South Africa’s current The Bachelor Marc Buckner: Health and Fitness & gorgeous celeb Jeannie D. Performances by SamsonBrothers and the recent The Voice SA winner Tasché with sound, lighting and AV by Golden Circle Events.

Guests will receive a 3-course meal (vegetarian and vegan options available on request), with red and white wine, complimentary drinks on arrival, goodie bags! There will also be a live auction on the evening – watch out for some AMAZING items that will be up for grabs.

Funds raised will go towards setting up a Community Veterinary Clinic on our premises, which will serve the two informal communities in Hout Bay. The Clinic will provide veterinary services to the residents and animals of Imizamo Yethu and Hangberg. The main services will include sterilisations, emergency treatment and surgeries. The Clinic will help us increase our sterilisation rate by 70% annually, which will make a massive difference with the pet overpopulation crisis in Hout Bay and reduce animal abuse and neglect cases. The Community Veterinary Clinic will also help reduce our current veterinary service expenditures.
