Wildlife Onesie Wonderland Party

One UP will be hosting the very first, and much anticipated – Wildlife Onesie Wonderland!

The fashion trend of all fashion trends has finally landed in South Africa. With over 10 million sales over the past two years in the UK alone and being hailed as ‘the best party wear ever’ by tens of thousands of young Australians, the Onesie is now here and taking off in a major way.

Now Cape Town gets ready to host the first ever Onesie themed club night in the country.

On May 9th, newly refurbished Affinity Nightclub opens its doors to hundreds of night animals for the Wildlife Onesie Wonderland party, hosted by fashion and lifestyle promoters One UP South Africa, alongside aFREAKa Clothing & Red Stag by Jim Bean.

Host DJ’s Jak Scandi, Chris Gore and aFREAKa’s own favourite DJ Fletcher hit the decks, while Naked Skydiver & Project Rhino activist Steve Newman gets the crowd going with some competitions and Onesie giveaways on stage.

Grab your tails, claws, whiskers and scales in what is tipped to be a night of animalistic freaky fun as aFREAKa, Cape Town’s original animal Onesie brand, let their range of 30 animal style Onesies loose on the crowd.

Armed with bottles of Red Stag, costume prizes and professional face paints, One UP beasts will scour the scene, converting remaining humans into wild creatures for the night.

The night will also see the premier of the official One UP Onesie Olympics video, which recently took place in Cape Town to raise fund and awareness for Project Rhino KZN, One UP’s first official charity partner and a portion of sales proceeds from Red Stag on the night will go to this charity.

The wearing of a Onesie is not mandatory, but a little creativity and a wild side that’s raring to get loose are not an option. Tickets will be on sale at the door from 8:30pm and all animals will be released from the private game reserve at 2:00am.
