If you’re like us, and you’ve been weighing up your options for your “New Years Eve plan” and you’re sick and tired of the same thing that Rezonance or Rock the River have to offer, like a bunch of trendy hipsters and drunk jocks, then why not take a look at the ”One World Festival” taking place from 31 December – 2 January
It looks like the place to be with it’s diverse range of world renowned 22 international DJ Acts, and over 70 Local. This party is starting to look like it has no possible way to disappoint.
Please be aware that this is not a “Trance Party” but a outdoor music festival. Kicking off on 31 December 2012 at 5PM (Gates open at 11am for Camping) and ending on 2 January 2012 at 5PM.

THE VENUE [Nelsons Creek and Forest]
An easy 25 min drive from Canal Walk – Nelsons Creek and Forest offers the perfect haven for revelers to lose themselves in, without getting lost trying to find it. Boasting multiple lush green vineyards, beautiful horse paddocks, an enormous lake, one of the largest remaining natural forests, rolling fields – the venue was the perfect backdrop to witness the sun rising on 2013.
On this night – we will also be hosting something special – a dance-floor inside a nearly cleared section of the forest – something amazing for New Years Eve and loads more.
DIRECTIONS TO THE VENUE:
Directions from the N1.
1. Take the N1 towards Paarl
2. Take exit 47 – R44 towards Stellenbosch/Klapmuts/Wellington
3. Turn left onto the R44
4. Continue straight along the R44 for approx 19.5km,
5. Venue on the left – Look out for signs and traffic marshalls
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
Doors Open at 12:00 on the 31st (music starts at 17:00) events comes to an end on the 2nd January at 18:00
Camping: No Charge (please bring your own camping equipment)
No Glass Bottles and NO open fires allowed.
R.O.A.R. Strictly no persons under 18.
ID will be checked and no other form of ID will be accepted other than a green bar coded ID / Drivers Licence or Passport.
Scans / Copies / Affidavits will NOT be accepted.

– Enough Parking?
Safe parking is available for around 10 000 cars in the main parking – with overflow
parking available.
– Camping close to the action?
Yes – Depending on how far you choose – it can range from 150m to 500m from the
action
– Drinking Water?
Yes. 8 strategic water points with drinking water and have ordered 750 cases of water
for the bar.
– Own alcohol allowed?
Yes – The only rule is that you need to decant it out of any glass bottle prior to arriving,
no glass is allowed at the event.
– Sufficient Toilets?
80 VIP toilets (with Lights / mirror / basin inside) with 24 hour cleaning staff dedicated
to ensuring they remain clean.
– Hot Showers?
Yes, there will be 36 showers courtesy of WashBox
– Enough Food / Drinks?
There will be approximately 15 vendors and multiple fully stocked, licensed bars.
– Will I be able to leave and come back?
Yes – because the venue is so close – if you need your own bed after a crazy NYE –       you can go home – have a sleep / shower / braai with friends and head through the       next night and still have another night and days worth of partying ahead of you
and quite a few internationals as well!
– Why is it so cheap?
No expense has been spared in ensuring this is an event you will never forget. In
leveraging sponsorship – we are able to bring you the biggest line up ever assembled at
an event in Cape Town and still charge less than most competing events – as the
event is about delivering quality in every way at a reasonable price, close to home.
