Music and entertainment are an integral part of the shopping experience at the market and KWV will be playing a prominent role in supporting and promoting local up-and-coming artists and comedians through the official KWV Sound Stage.
The Bay Harbour KWV Sound Stage at the Bay Harbour Market will be a popular platform for SA’s musical talents to showcase their abilities.
Bay Harbour Market is open from 5pm – 9pm for “Friday Nite LIVE!” and from 9:30am to 4pm on Saturday and Sunday.

Instrumental Jazz artists, the Cameron Classen trio, ease market-goers into the weekend as they performs live on the KWV Sound Stage Friday Nite Live! Saturday brings The Maiden Voyage with Kate Morgan on keyboard and guitar, and Lisa Triani on vocals as they take you on a classical journey with their soulful melodies; where an energetic performance happily ends the weekend off as Matt Roux, singer and songwriter and Alan Evans take to the stage and do what they do best!
The Maiden Voyage – Saturday, 5 April
The Maiden Voyage is Kate Morgan on keyboard and guitar and Lisa Triani on vocals. The two met and started playing together in the historical centre of Italy and then fulfilled their favourite maxim: ‘When in Rome… go home! The Maidens now live and play in Cape Town and offer a multi-faceted set with jazz, classical, italiano, stories and songs… It’s a journey!
Matt Roux & Alan Evans – Sunday, 6 April
Matt Roux, accomplished singer and songwriter won the Barleycorn songwriters competition 2 years ago. He performs regularly at popular live music venues around the Western Cape. Matt has an energetic performance and this Sunday he will be sharing the stage with Alan Evans, another artist who has performed previously at Bay Harbour.
