Aly and Fila will be Bringing their distinctive trance sounds to all corners of the globe, the iconic duo from the Middle East will be presenting their brand new album at The Dragon Room on 10 October 2014.
Otherwise known as Aly Amr Fathalah and Fadi Wassef Naguib, Aly & Fila are currently listed in the DJ Mag World top 20 – their fourth time appearing on the revered list of EDM icons. The record label created by the duo, Future Sound of Egypt, has received critical acclaim within the trance sector around the world, while gigs across multiple destinations ranging from western cities in the United States and Europe to further flung places such as Taiwan, Peru, India and Belarus have proved that these two musical masterminds show no sign of slowing down anytime soon.
Their new album “The Other Shore” promises to be everything that fans have come to expect, while the world tour launch event is sure to present the ideal platform for fans new and old.
Held at the Mother City’s upmarket Dragon Room nightclub, three levels (including a basement) will keep partygoers moving until the early hours.
In addition to Aly & Fila, who will be taking to the main floor along with acts such as Zaxx, Dan Scot, Chris Taylor, Jak Skandi and The 2AMs, revellers can look forward to Strange Loving DJ’s taking centre stage in the basement, along with a host of artists on the middle floor, ranging from Cee Smooth to Bryan Farrow, Gaven Stander, Chambers, Kingsize and Kirk Blunt.
As far as venues go, The Dragon Room is ideally positioned to welcome some of the world’s premium EDM acts. The venue is home to multiple bars, along with podium dancers, a large VIP area, elaborate décor, private booths and an undeniably electric atmosphere.
