Fairview’s Goatshed Restaurant in the Paarl Winelands is hosting the Drakenstein Palliative Hospice Charity Event on the 23rd of October 2015. The event will consist of a lavish four-course dinner affair that includes cheese, wine, tea and coffee. You can look forward to the mouth-watering Fairview free range beef carpaccio or the smoked trout and asparagus salad, and to braised lamb shoulder or the roasted line fish fillet. Vegetarian courses are available on request.
The evening starts at 19:00 and costs R495 per person. The brand ambassador of the One & Only – Cape Town, Aubrey Ngcungama will be the Master of Ceremonies for the evening. All proceeds will go towards the Drakenstein Palliative Hospice and will be used to provide free palliative care to patients within the Drakenstein District.
