What better way to spoil Mom on Mother’s Day than with a fabulous Sunday feast at Backsberg! Guests will be greeted with a glass of bubbly or rosé on arrival and moms will each be treated to a special Mother’s Day gift from the team. A leisurely, three-course lunch will ensue, where guests may sit inside at Backsberg’s cosy restaurant or outdoors under the oak trees (weather dependent). Expect a banquet of culinary delights including homemade breads and pȃtés, creamy butternut soup, lamb on the spit, a variety of vegetable dishes and beautiful desserts including Pavlova, Malva Pudding, seasonal fruits and Chocolate Roulade.
