“It Takes Two” is a slightly different approach to the celebration of love this coming Valentine’s Day because double the trouble can also be double the fun! By combining 4 seasoned Performers who have extensive experience in the Burlesque & Boylesque scene, we present to you an evening of dazzling double acts that celebrate the best that Cape Town’s longest-running burlesque companies have to offer.
This fabulous journey into the many forms of love will be cheeky, comedic, mesmerizing and thought-provoking for delighted audiences. Burlesque, Boylesque and Drag are artfully employed to showcase the dichotomy between masculine and feminine sensuality; while the intoxicating personalities of these 4 tasteful teasers play off each other like fierce fireworks on stage.
