In a time when the world seemed to be in chaos, and everything was uncertain, Fancy Truth turned to his passion and creativity. After hearing a Wax Beach song on the radio, he went on to create a freestyle rap verse and shared it on social media. The video post was seen by the production duo, and after a few virtual meetings, a collaboration was born.
Fancy Truth hits home with a relevant track for our ‘new normal’. “Bubble Boy” gives us a peek into the life and struggles of people who are trying to navigate the world of relationships and dating during a global crisis. The song touches on the significant topic whilst maintaining a fun and whimsical delivery. Fancy Truth is a believer in telling a story and he manages to do this in his debut track. “Bubble Boy” (feat. Wax Beach) dropped on Friday 11th of September 2020 on all digital music platforms.
