If you love yummy chocolate treats, then you’re going to have a very happy Easter! The Easter Bunny plans to visit our farm to hide lots of tasty treasures for you. But you will need to solve a few clues along the way before you find them. Parents, we have a special treat for you.
We’re calling all adventurous kids to power up their brains to solve clues at different spots on the farm. Using a map, little adventurers will gather five clues before exchanging them for an Easter surprise.
Adults, leave the chocolate to the kids and hone your investigative skills to determine which Spier wine you like best. You will have several to try at various tasting stations along the route.
How long will the hunt take?
It depends on how quickly the little ones find the clues. But the experience should last 20-40 minutes in total. The route is only 600m.
Do we have to tag along?
It’s up to you. If your kids are able to read and feel confident when you’re not in sight, then why not enjoy a little ‘you time’ on the farm. But if the FOMO is strong, you can always join in. Our wine tasting stations are strategically placed along the route for added encouragement.
What’s in the box?
It’s a surprise! But the kids will love it. Here’s a little glimpse: handmade cookies, Easter eggs and a special something from chef Hennie.
How do I make changes or cancel my booking?
Sometimes life gets in the way of our plans. So don’t stress if you can’t make it. Contact the team at werf@spier.co.za to cancel or change your booking.
What if we run late?
We know, it happens! Booking slots happen every 30 minutes to avoid overcrowding, so if you are running late, don’t worry, you have until 15:15 to start the hunt.
