This is your last chance this winter to enjoy the Century City night market on Friday 28th August and groove to the raw energetic folk sounds of ‘Jon Shaban’. Shaban, a solo guitarist & singer, will be performing his original, music. An act not to be missed.
This is the time of year when we bid the cosy winter night market a fond farewell and prepare ourselves to emerge from the cold to start warming up under the summer sun again.
The good news is that the popular daytime markets will return again on the last Sunday of every month from 27th September.
Think bubbles, wine, draft beer, craft beer, gluhwein, fires, warm scents and lots of delicious comfort food as you cuddle up under a heater in a tented seating area overlooking the nature reserve. Tents supplied by Dimensions Tents. Or find a cozy spot inside the Eco-Centre and enjoy the ambience.
So why don’t you pop in after work and enjoy a glass of bubbles or draft beer and grab a bite to eat.

Venue: Intaka Island Eco-Centre, Park Lane in Century City. (There is ample and secure parking.)
Directions: If you are coming from Cape Town along the N1, take the Sable road turn off; at the top of the off ramp turn left. Follow the road around the bend into Ratanga Rd. Follow Ratanga Road and at the third set of robots, turn right into Century Boulevard. Go over one speed bump, and you will come to a circle, go around the circle, and exit it right (3 o’clock) into Century Way (follow Intaka Island signs). Once in Century Way take your first left into Park Lane.
