Stilhoek Boerdery, situated on a farm in the Bela-Bela region in South Africa, has been producing passion fruit for the past 21 years. Being the largest suppliers of passion fruit in Africa, producing close to 3000 tons a year. Stilhoek Boerdery has grown to become the national supplier to local retailers, such as Pick ‘n Pay, Freshmark, Woolworths and additionally international retailers M&S, Tesco, Migros, and Aldi.
Stilhoek Boerdery’s specialty lies in the processing of passion fruit, and today they boast an impressive production of approximately 350 tons of passion fruit pulp per season, making them the leading supplier of pulp to the South African market. In addition to this, they have recently diversified into the processing of pineapple, mango, strawberry, blackberry, blueberry, raspberry, kiwi, and jalapeno.
In 2017, they saw an opportunity to enter the Fruit liqueur market. Using their expertise in processing, they have successfully manufactured and launched a range of fruit liqueurs under the PANG Craft Liqueur brand, with flavours including mango, strawberry and passion fruit. With the expansion of the range, they are now also excited to announce the launch of our Jalapeno flavour.
